Back to Level 2 Monday 1st March

Kia ora parents

As you would have heard the government has announced that from 6:00am Sunday 28th February for the next 7 days Auckland is at Alert Level 3. The rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.

What does this mean for Richmond School for the week ahead?
· Same procedures as for the recent Alert Level 2 – parents drop their children off and pick them up at the gates please.
· Any visitors must report to the office and sign in via our QR code or visitors book.
· The swimming pool is closed to key holders.
· The hall is closed to community users.
· No school assembly this Friday.
· The Rooms 1 camp is proceeding as planned (parents of children on these camps are receiving a separate email).
· The Tui syndicate (Rooms 12, 13, 14 and 15) trip to the Nayland pool on Tuesday has been postponed.
· The goal setting interviews (set down for Tuesday and Wednesday) will be rescheduled (to another later week).
· It is essential for us all to maintain high standards of hygiene – including washing your hands, coughing or sneezing into your elbow and cleaning surfaces.
· If people are sick, stay home. Do not go to work or school. Do not socialise.
· If people have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, call your doctor or Healthline and get advice about being tested.
· If people have been told to self-isolate you legally must do so immediately.

Many thanks.

Tim
