Richmond School is a medium to large primary school (years 0-6) in the heart of Richmond – one of New Zealand’s fastest growing towns.
Since 1856, generations of family members have attended Richmond School. Richmond School has a very proud history. There have been many fine successes during the past 168 years.
Richmond School is wonderfully governed by a professional Board of Trustees. The teaching staff members are outstanding and are well supported by a skilled support staff team.
Over recent years the majority of the 21 classrooms and the library have been refurbished and a new resource room and computer suite have been built.
Our dedicated team strives to provide a quality education for every student. We provide the children with many opportunities to excel academically, in leadership roles and in sports.
